Access to the Website and its use, including the loading of pages, communication with saffbulgaria.com and the social media resources, as well as the making of purchases is performed by users for entirely personal purposes and should not be linked to any commercial, business or professional activity.

The Company does not take responsibility for the use of the Website and its contents by any of its users, which does not comply with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Bulgaria. In case of malicious action on your part, you may be held liable for providing incorrect, false or misleading information or data, concerning third parties, as well as any other fraudulent use of such information or data.

The current General Conditions may be partially amended or completely changed and updated by the Company. The changes come into force upon their publication on the Website, without express notice being given to the users by the Company. The date of the last amendment is stipulated at the end of the current page.



The products offered by the Company are sold directly by it and may be ordered in the following ways:

Ordering products through the online store on the Website

It is necessary to choose one or a few products from the catalogue on the Website and press the “Add to basket” button in order to add a product to the shopping cart.
When following the order steps, at the last one, you must fill in your personal data and shipping details.
Fill in your address if you have selected “Delivery to address” or the name of the ECONT office if you have selected “Delivery to ECONT Office.
The order is deemed valid when the Company receives your request electronically, together with your data and the order information is confirmed.
The Company reserves the right not to process orders when they are incomplete or inaccurate or when the products are no longer available (in stock). In this case, the Company will notify you via email that the fulfilment of your order is not possible and explain what the reasons for this are. The Company will inform you about the absence of the products from the order within ten (10) days of the day it was received.
By sending your order in, an obligation to pay the total sum inside it arises. The order information will be saved in our database for the time it takes to process and fulfil it or for the length of time, envisioned by the law.
By sending in your order you agree to the current conditions and oblige yourself to comply with them. In case you do not agree to any of the conditions, please, do not send in your order for purchase of products from the Website.
After you have sent in your order, you will receive a confirmation for its receipt on your email.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are personalized codes, which allow you to take advantage of discounts when making purchases through the online shop on the Website. Under no circumstances can discount codes be exchanged for their monetary value.



The Company offers luxury, high-quality products. Their main characteristics are indicated and described in each product page.

The product prices are subject to change. You must check the final price before making your order to the Company, no matter what your chosen order method might be.



Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the options on the order form: direct bank transfer, cash on delivery or debit/ credit card via Borica vPOS terminal.

In case of payment by debit/ credit card, all card details (card number, expiration date, and etc.) are sent directly to the payment processor via a secure communication channel, as the Company does not receive them explicitly, does not store them in the store system, nor do third parties have access to them.



The delivery price is depending on the chosen delivery method, as follows:
to a chosen street address by ECONT courier company – 7.50 BGN
to a chosen office of ECONT courier company – 5.00 BGN
If the order value is 100 BGN or exceeds it, the delivery to a destination within the Republic of Bulgaria is free.

Order Delivery Timeframe
Orders made and accepted until 13:00 on a working day will be fulfilled on the same day and delivered on the next working day.
(For example, if you make an order on Monday (a working day) until 13:00, you will receive your order on Tuesday.)
Orders made and received after 13:00 on a working day will be fulfilled on the next working day.
Delivery normally takes place between 09:00 and 17:30.

Orders made on a non-working day are accepted and fulfilled on the first working day after the order was made.
In case of a special request on your part, a delivery on Saturday is possible. It will be fulfilled by the courier between 09:00 and 13:00.

In case the courier company is unable to locate you or you do not go to the courier office to pick up your order, within the determined timeframe, the Company is released from its obligation to deliver your order.



According to the Consumer Protection Act, you may take advantage of your right to return the goods you purchased with no penalties and no obligation to cite a reason for the return. You may return the products within a period of fourteen (14) days of the date you received the product on. To do this you must state your desire to return the product in written form by contacting the Company at hello@saffbulgaria.com.

Upon order cancellation and products return, all amounts will be refunded in the same way in which they were received. In case of payment by debit/ credit card, the refund will be sent within 30 days by reverse transaction to the payment card.

The products must be returned unused, unopened and in full volume, in their original packaging. In case you would like to return a set, it must include all its separate components and each of them must correspond to the integrity conditions described above.

In case all above mentioned conditions are met, the Company will refund the full amount for the returned products, except the shipping costs (if any) and the costs for return and/or resend any products – all of the return and/or resend shipping fees are paid by the customer. All amounts will be refunded in the same way in which they were received – through a direct bank transfer, by money transfer through the courier or by reverse transaction to the payment card.

The returned products must be sent back through ECONT services to the Company within seven (7) days of the date when you stated your wish to return them in writing in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions. The Company does not accept shipments, sent with a Cash on Delivery Order!

After the Company receives the returned products and checks that they correspond to all requirements, you will receive an electronic message, confirming that the returned products have been accepted.

You will be notified in case the products do not correspond to the conditions of return. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned back to you and you will need to cover the postage expenses. If you refuse, the Company reserves the right to keep the returned products and the sum payed for them.

Please, keep in mind that all duty, taxes and fees (if any), which you paid for the delivery of the purchased products will not be refunded.



The Company strives to improve the technical and organisational capabilities of the Website, by applying security measures, in order to prevent unauthorised use of or access to data, as well as to limit the risks of dissemination, destruction and loss of data and confidential information of the users of the Website, and to avoid unauthorised and illegal access to such data and information.

The content of the Website, including, but not limited to photos, illustrations, videos, files, pictures, logos and all other materials, published in any format, including menus, parts of websites, graphics, colours, patterns, instruments, fonts, Website design, diagrams are protected by copyright and any other intellectual property rights of the Company and the respective right holders. Partial or complete reproduction of the Website or its contents, regardless of its form, is prohibited without the express, written consent of the Company.

The Company holds the exclusive right to permit or prohibit any reproduction (regardless of whether it is direct or indirect, temporary or permanent or for any other reason or in any other way, partially or completely) of the Website and its contents.
